Our Enterprises

Pathways is committed to providing work-based training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities or who are otherwise at a disadvantage in accessing work in a more conventional setting.

All of our enterprises operate as not-for-profit businesses and place an emphasis on offering a supportive and positive environment for staff and trainees, whether they are returning to work after a period of non-employment or taking their first steps into the world of work.
